Usage Notes
* Because PM has just been released, the node count is low.  Try either security level
High or None (but beware of None - See security notes at http://www.peermadness.com/pm.dll/security)
* When browsing over PM, it's slower than normal, if the page looks weird, make sure you wait until
it's done loading to try refresh.  Clicking refresh too many times too quickly will just slow it down.

Known Issues with Encrypted Proxy:
* When logging into a site through HTTPs and then redirected to a non-encrypted page, sometimes the page will hang.  This is usually fixable by clicking refresh.
